Maryland House of Delegates · District 7A
Why I'm running for our community
I'm Satish Chapagain, and I'm running for Delegate because our neighbors in Perry Hall, White Marsh, Kingsville, Middle River, and Bowleys Quarters deserve a representative who listens first and delivers results. For too long, families here have felt unheard — struggling with the cost of living, under-resourced schools, and roads that need real investment. I've spent my life bringing people together and solving problems, and I'll carry that same spirit to Annapolis. This campaign isn't about me; it's about us. Together, we can build a District 7A that works for everyone — where every child gets a great education, every senior is cared for, and every family has the chance to thrive.
